Credits & refunds

Fabrikk is currently in private preview. Public signup and purchases open only when announced in the application. These terms describe the service when available; this page is not an offer of immediate access.
What you buy
100 credits correspond to US$1 of pack price before applicable tax. Packs are 1,000 credits for US$10, 2,500 for US$25 and 5,000 for US$50. Your payment page shows the final amount before you pay. Credits are prepaid access to Fabrikk features, not a currency, investment or a way to transfer money to other people. Purchased credits do not expire. There are no automatic top-ups.
Before an AI action
Each model or action has a credit price. You approve the applicable prices and a maximum spending amount. We reserve up to that maximum, then settle confirmed usage and return the unused reservation. Project and assistant budgets stop further spending when the remaining allowance is insufficient. Editing existing clips and downloading finished files do not themselves use AI credits; an export needing new narration may incur a quoted charge.
Cancelled or failed requests
Cancelling an action does not always stop a provider that has already started. If a request fails or its cost is uncertain, we check the provider’s request and billing records. The reservation remains visible while that is checked; it is not automatically charged as successful or assumed to cost zero. We never charge more than your accepted maximum. Contact support if a pending amount or result looks wrong. Service defects remain subject to the remedies below.
14-day cancellation
For the initial launch, you may cancel a credit-pack purchase within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, including applicable tax, even if some of those credits have been used. We do not require a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights. Notify us before the deadline; you do not need to give a reason. Refunded credits are removed, and further spending may be paused while the account balance is reconciled.
Unused credits after 14 days
You can request a refund of the unused portion of purchased credits at any time. The refund is based on the amount paid for those credits, including the corresponding tax. Promotional credits have no purchase price to refund. Used credits are normally not refundable after the cancellation period unless the service was defective, the charge was incorrect or the law provides otherwise. We do not deduct an administrative cancellation fee.
Problems with the service
Report missing credits, duplicate charges, unavailable paid output or other defects with the order or generation ID. We investigate and provide the correction, repeat performance, price reduction or refund required in the circumstances. A provider cost does not remove your statutory rights. A creative result you dislike is not automatically a defect, but it still benefits from our 14-day cancellation policy.
How to request a refund or withdraw

Include your account email, order reference, purchase date and whether you want to cancel the whole purchase or refund unused credits. We may reasonably verify ownership. We issue a withdrawal refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Your bank’s processing time can be additional. We aim to acknowledge other support requests within two business days.
