Terms of service

Version 2026-09-27 · Effective 27 September 2026

Fabrikk is currently in private preview. Public signup and purchases open only when announced in the application. These terms describe the service when available; this page is not an offer of immediate access.

1. Who provides Fabrikk

Contact Hafstad Skogen, organisation number 937475926, Haxthausens gate 1b, 0263 Oslo, Norway. Account holders can also use Settings → Your account & help. Current contact options are listed on our help page.

Fabrikk is software for creating and editing videos, including AI-assisted scripts, images, video and narration. These terms, together with the credit and refund policy, govern your use. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

2. Accounts and eligibility

The initial paid service is for people aged 18 or older. Give accurate account information, protect your login and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but not for losses that the law places on us.

3. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You give us permission to store, process and send the content to the selected service providers only as needed to operate the service, provide support, protect it from abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not claim ownership of your videos or permission to advertise with them.

As between you and Fabrikk, you may use generated output, including commercially, to the extent the law and the selected model’s applicable terms allow. AI output may not be unique or protected by copyright. We cannot grant rights belonging to another person. Check likeness, music, footage, brand and other rights before publishing.

Review scripts and the final video before posting. AI can make mistakes and generate unexpected results. We do not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, platform approval, monetisation, audience growth or earnings. Follow the platform’s disclosure rules for AI content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Fabrikk for illegal content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualised depictions of minors, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, scams, malware, infringement or deceptive impersonation. Do not clone a person’s voice or likeness without the necessary consent and rights. Do not bypass provider safeguards, account controls or spending limits. Do not upload sensitive medical, financial, identity-document or other special-category personal data.

We may block an unsafe request or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, a security incident, a payment dispute or a legal requirement. Where lawful, we explain the reason and let you ask for a human review through support. A disputed decision does not automatically forfeit unused paid credits or statutory remedies.

5. Prices and credit use

Credit purchases are one-off payments, with no subscription or automatic refill. The credit and refund policy explains reservations, cancellation and refunds. The total payable amount, currency and applicable tax appear before payment. New AI prices require acceptance before new paid work. Existing accepted spending ceilings remain binding for those actions.

6. Availability and changes

We use reasonable care to provide the described service. Models, availability and output quality can change. We may make necessary security fixes and service improvements. For a material change that disadvantages you, we give reasonable advance notice where possible and explain your options to stop using the service, export your work and obtain any refund due. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

7. Closing an account

You can request closure in Settings or contact us. Download your media first. We resolve any shared-workspace ownership, active generation, unused balance or unsettled charge before final cleanup. Closure stops further account access and spending; it does not cancel a valid refund claim. If we discontinue the service, we provide a reasonable opportunity to export content and refund unused purchased credits.

8. Responsibility and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective digital services, fraud or intentional misconduct. We do not require consumers to waive rights, submit to compulsory arbitration or use a foreign court. Norwegian law applies, without taking away mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence.

Contact us first with the issue and relevant order or request ID. Norwegian consumers may seek mediation through Forbrukertilsynet. You may also use the competent court or consumer authority available to you by law.
